Intermediate Courses:

Separate application forms for Intermediate - Arts, Commerce and  Science can be obtained from the college office during May-June each year according to the schedule announced over the media. A fee of Rs 100/- should be paid in cash or by Money order for each application (in case of money order,  the course for which the application is required should be clearly specified in the coupon). Outstation applicants should send a self-addressed stamped envelope along with the request for application form. Application for each combination has to be made in separate forms. The application may also be downloaded from the site, in which case it should be accompanied by payment of Rs100/- in cash or M.O or D.D in favour of St. Joseph’s College for Women, Visakhapatnam. drawn on any Nationalised Bank payable at Visakhapatnam.
All correspondence should be addressed only to The Principal, St. Joseph’s College for Women, Gnanapuram, Visakhapatnam - 530 004.

Applications without the Matriculation/I.C.S.E/S.S.C/C.B.S.E marks will not be considered.
Selected applicants will receive an interview card and this selection will be valid only up to the date mentioned on it. Those who do not receive any communication from the college should understand that they have not been selected.

Selected candidates should pay the prescribed fees not later than the date mentioned on the Interview Card and produce along with the Interview Card, the following Certificates in Original:

1.Matriculation/I.C.S.E/S.S.C/C.B.S.E certificate
2.Statement of Marks
3.Transfer and conduct certificate
4.Date of birth certificate
5.Migration certificate
6.Three passport size photographs
7.Caste and income certificates for those who are applying for scholarship
The Term Fees will NOT be refunded if a student leaves the college once she has been enrolled and her name entered in the College Records.

Admission into the postgraduate courses of the college is through Andhra University Common Entrance Test (AUCET) conducted every year in May-June.
