HIGHLIGHTS OF COMPUTER SCIENCE DEPARTMENT

The Department offers Computer Science as an optional Core subject for the Degree Course in combination with Physics and Mathematics.

Undergraduate Course :

1. The syllabus is advanced and up-to-date regularly. It includes latest subjects like ‘Object Oriented Programming’, C++, UNIX, Oracle, Java, Front End Web Technology and Unified Modeling Language.
2. Teaching & Evaluation Methods:
   Computer based training is imparted on topics like PC basics, MS DOS and WINDOWS. Multimedia CDs and LCD are used to teach computer concepts in addition to classroom teaching.

The Department also offers Computer Application training module to students of other courses.
